These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Vocabuka (the "Service"), provided by EK Solutions, registered in Denmark, with registered address at Alliancevej 25, 2450 Copenhagen, Denmark ("we", "us", "our"). You can reach us at info@eksolutions.work.

By creating an account or using the Service you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use Vocabuka. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Upload content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, harassing or harmful.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our written consent.
• Resell, sublicense or commercially exploit the Service without our written consent.

You retain ownership of the words, translations, notes and other content you add to the Service ("User Content"). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce and process your User Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and confirm that you have all rights necessary to upload it.

The Service, including its software, design, branding, logos, text, graphics and trademarks, is owned by EK Solutions or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights granted to you in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial vocabulary learning.

The Service relies on third parties such as our hosting and database provider, our email delivery provider and our AI translation provider. Their availability and terms may affect the Service. We are not liable for failures of third-party services.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Translations and other AI-generated content may be inaccurate; you are responsible for verifying any information before relying on it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EK Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The courts of Copenhagen shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under your local law.
